An additional set of impression material is included in the kit, inc ase of a poor impression.
When the kit is returned to our laboratory, dental stone is poured into the impression to create a model of athlete's teeth. Multiple layers of the mouthguard material are laminated directly over the athlete's model, using high heat and pressure, providing the best overall fit and protection.
